Recovery, redefined.
Clinically-proven intermittent pneumatic compression boots that flush fatigue, reduce swelling, and rebuild your legs. Fully wireless, in 20 minutes.
What are compression boots, and why use them?
Compression boots are wearable recovery devices that use rhythmic air pressure to flush metabolic waste, boost circulation, and reduce muscle soreness. The technology, intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC), has been used clinically for decades to prevent deep vein thrombosis. In the last decade, athletes from Tour de France cyclists to NBA centres adopted them as the fastest way to bounce back. The BLACKROLL® Compression Boots 2.0 bring that same clinical-grade IPC therapy into a fully wireless, home-friendly device that takes under a minute to set up.
Flush lactate & metabolic waste
Sequential pressure pushes fluid up and out of fatigued muscles, dramatically reducing recovery time after hard training.
Boost circulation
Rhythmic compression supports venous return. Useful for athletes, frequent flyers, and anyone on their feet all day.
Reduce swelling & edema
Clinically-proven IPC therapy moves excess interstitial fluid out of the lower limbs, easing heavy, tired legs.
Sleep better, recover faster
20 minutes before bed activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Users report deeper sleep and less morning stiffness.
20 minutes. Legs like new.
One short session. That's all it takes for your legs to feel lighter, looser, and ready for whatever's next.
How intermittent pneumatic compression works
Each boot wraps your leg in five overlapping air chambers: ankle, calf, knee, lower thigh, upper thigh. The integrated wireless compressor inflates these chambers in a controlled sequence, applying between 20 and 120 mmHg of pressure.
The sequence isn't random. It mimics the way your circulatory and lymphatic systems naturally push fluid back toward your heart, bottom-to-top, with carefully timed holds and releases. The result is a mechanical assist for the same recovery processes your body does on its own, accelerated by an order of magnitude.
Three preset modes cover the three jobs athletes ask compression boots to do: quick post-session flush, longer circulation work, and combined recovery.
Three modes. Three jobs.
Each mode targets a different recovery outcome. Switch in one button-press on the controller.
Mode 1: Sequential

Bottom-to-top sequential inflation followed by a full release. The fastest way to clear lactate after a hard session.
Time: 30–60 minutes
Mode 2: Pulse & Hold

Pulsing pressure that holds at each chamber as it moves upward. Built for circulation work and lymphatic drainage.
Time: 15–60 minutes
Mode 3: Combined

Blends the sequential flush with circulation pulses. A balanced full-recovery session for rest days and pre-bed protocols.
Time: 30–60 minutes
Recovery boots for every kind of leg day
Compression boots aren't just for elite athletes. The Compression Boots 2.0 are built for anyone whose legs feel heavy by the end of the day.
Runners
Cut DOMS after long runs and race weekends. 20 minutes post-session is enough to feel the difference the next morning.
Cyclists & Triathletes
Stack hard days back-to-back. Mode 1 between sessions, Mode 3 before bed. The protocol used by NZ Ironman finishers.
Frequent Flyers
Reset swollen legs after a long-haul flight in a single 30-minute session. Wireless = use them in the hotel room.
Desk Workers
End-of-day leg fatigue from sitting or standing all day? 20 minutes of Mode 2 while you watch TV.
