By combining the TWIN foam roller with the BOOSTER vibration core, muscle tensions and fascia adhesions can be released more effectively and with an additional level of comfort.

The massage efficiency is intensified by the vibration, as the muscle and fascia tissue is loosened, resulting in a multi-dimensional massage. Due to the variable intensities, the BOOSTER TWIN SET is ideal for activation before sports (high frequencies) as well as recovery after sports (low frequencies).

The treatment of painful trigger points can be quite uncomfortable with a foam roller on its own. When adding the BOOSTER, the vibration offers a much more pleasant experience. This is because the pain receptors are distracted by the added vibration resulting in a more comfortable and relaxing massage experience.

More about the TWIN and BOOSTER:   

The BLACKROLL® TWIN combines our classic, BLACKROLL® STANDARD foam roller and DUOBALL 12 fascia ball. 

Due to the gap in the middle, the TWIN is particularly suitable for use on the back, as the spine is excluded when rolling. Compared to our DUOBALL, however, the contact surfaces on the left and right are wider. As a result, the fascia massage on either side of the spine is more extensive and less selective. 

In addition, the twisting of the material in the centre bar of the TWIN stimulates the skin and tissue, especially when used along the legs and arms, further increasing blood flow and maximising the recovery effect. 

The TWIN can also be used without the BOOSTER, just remove the vibrating core if not required and you have a versatile, light weight and travel friendly training device that does not rely on a charged battery.
