How to Use the HOOK Door Anchor with Resistance Bands

Place the MINI FLOW foam roller (included) on one side of the door as a secure stopper.

Insert the HOOK between the door and the frame.

Close the door firmly in the direction the band will be pulled.

Attach your fitness band to the HOOK and start training at your preferred height – top, middle, or bottom of the door.
Pro Tip: Always ensure the band is anchored in the direction the door closes for maximum safety.
Tips for using the door anchor & fitness band
- Depending on the exercise, you can attach the HOOK door anchor at different heights. Place the HOOK between the door and the frame, and then close the door.
- The integrated MINI FLOW foam roller acts as a stopper.
- Place the FLOW on one side of the door, and attach the hook to your training band on the other side.
- Always make sure to hook the fitness band with the door anchor in the same direction as the door closes.

As well as a stopper for the door combined when used with the HOOK, you can also use it for the classic fascia massage.
Before training, for example, you can roll out your muscles at a higher speed to activate them. But be sure to treat yourself to a soothing fascia massage after your workout for recovery. Due to its size (15 cm), the MINI FLOW is ideal for self-massage on the soles of the feet, arms and calves.
