We recommend the DuoBall 12cm for taller people with wider backs whereas the Duoball 8cm would suit smaller people.

We feel the 12 cm massage ball is really effective for treatment in the slightly wider lower back area and the 8 cm version suits very well in between the shoulder blades and neck regions, for a great effect in the upper back area.
